本屆年會是山東省飼料行業(yè)協(xié)會成立以來舉辦的第四屆年會，也是我省飼料行業(yè)的盛會，為我省飼料業(yè)的發(fā)展構(gòu)建起了創(chuàng)新管理、科技交流、行業(yè)展示、經(jīng)驗分享、友誼促進、合作洽談的交流平臺。參會人員層次豐富，囊括了國內(nèi)外飼料企業(yè)、管理部門、檢驗機構(gòu)、行業(yè)協(xié)會以及科研教學(xué)等單位的行業(yè)人士和專家學(xué)者，參會人數(shù)一千余人。
會議邀請了中國飼料工業(yè)協(xié)會、省畜牧獸醫(yī)局的有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席，并為大會順利舉辦致辭。
中國飼料工業(yè)協(xié)會劉連貴副秘書長在致辭中表示：本屆年會主題鮮明、內(nèi)容豐富，來自省內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者、企業(yè)精英，緊扣飼料行業(yè)和企業(yè)實際，圍繞“融合創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型升級合作共贏”這一主題展開研討，是一個很好的合作交流平臺。希望大家本著開放、包容、創(chuàng)新、互利共贏的精神，在推動供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，建設(shè)飼料強國的征程中，團結(jié)一心，凝聚力量，形成共識，不斷前進。
山東省畜牧獸醫(yī)局唐建俊局長在發(fā)言中指出：新時代飼料工業(yè)的發(fā)展，既需要政府部門的規(guī)則引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范監(jiān)督、示范推動、協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)；也需要行業(yè)協(xié)會組織的的橋梁作用、協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)、自律誠信、融合推進；更需要飼料企業(yè)擔(dān)當(dāng)精神、先進組織、創(chuàng)新速度、開拓進度；尤其需要科研教學(xué)、社會服務(wù)、新聞媒體等各方面社會力量的更多關(guān)注、傾心付出和相向而行。相信，只要我們切實擔(dān)負起各自的責(zé)任、不斷匯聚起共同推進的強大動力、深入開啟飼料工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新征程，就一定能夠再創(chuàng)我省飼料工業(yè)的二度輝煌。
